You can gift a Discovery Flight to someone you know who has always dreamed of taking to the sky or even gift a block of flight time to a special student or renter. Gift certificates are great gifts for every occasion including Birthdays, Holidays, or just to introduce them to flight with a Discovery Flight.

Discovery Flights are for the person who has never flown in a small airplane, but would like to see if they would enjoy it.  A Discovery Flight consists of meeting with an instructor who will show you how to preflight the airplane and how to use the flight controls.  The flight lasts approximately 30 minutes. During this time the instructor will teach you how to taxi the aircraft, complete the before takeoff checks, and take off. You will then fly the airplane around the local area, practicing how to use the flight controls before coming back for a landing.
